Our company uses a Listing Service which covers all properties listed for sale within a specific area. You can select the homes you want to view with your agent, then they will set up the appointments and walk with you through the process.
Multiple Listing Service
Our company has access to the multiple listing service which gives information such as:
*Location
*Price
*Pictures of the Property
*Detailed information on the property such as what the heat source is, room sizes and more.
Our suggestion when your agent shows you the home is to ask questions and voice your concerns you may have about the property, Take notes, Ask your agent about the schools, recreation, transportation, ect.
